Exercise Classes

The safety of you and our team is our priority, so we’ve made some changes to our facilities and procedures, which you can find out more about below. From everyone at Holme Pierrepont Country Park, welcome back!

All gym sessions are included in the workout class timetable.

Gym slots will initially be available to book 2 days in advance for a maximum of one hour per member per day. This period includes access time and a 5 min turnaround period at the end of the session. Session times for studio classes will be as per the booking to a maximum of 45 min to allow for changeover and cleaning.

We've got a great gym within easy reach of Nottingham city centre, Gamston, West Bridgford and the surrounding areas. And we've got all the exercise classes you'll need to stay fit, healthy and motivated.

As well as classics like Yoga, and HIIT, we also have our new Indoor Cycling Studio, powered by Wattbike offering a whole range of new cycle classes. There's something here for you whatever your fitness level and ability.


New Indoor Cycling Studio

NEW Indoor Cycling Studio, powered by Watt Bike, to bring our members a state-of-the-art indoor cycling experience!

The Wattbike can be used by everyone for training, testing and rehabilitation. The dual air and magnetic resistance system can recreate any required resistance with smooth transitions to replicate the feel of a real bike.

And not only that! We’ve also partnering with SUF Cycling, creators of the highly acclaimed video-based indoor cycling programme, to bring you HIIT workouts developed by world-class cycling coaches that will place you into the middle of the world’s greatest races like the Tour de France, as part of our new Cycling Studio.

Studio Exercise Classes

Indoor Cycling, powered by Wattbike

Spin those wheels! A workout that builds endurance and strength through high intensity bursts, followed by recovery, then you spin again! Go at your own pace and just enjoy the great group workout atmosphere on our state-of-the-art bikes.


The perfect exercise class for people who want to feel good in body and mind. With a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility, you'll feel Zen... with more energy and toned muscles all into the bargain!


Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.


Warrior Assault HIIT Sessions 

Signed up for the Warrior Assault obstacle course race? Get yourself ready to tackle the race with this high intensity class. Much like the circuit and HIIT classes, this class will use a combination of weighted and non-weighted exercises to get you super fit.


BoxFit is for anyone of any age and all levels of fitness.  BoxFit teaches you the fundamentals of boxing in a great fun workout.  This is real boxing combined with real fitness


High Intensity Interval Training – Are you looking for quick results? – These HIIT workouts will help you build cardiovascular fitness while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximising calorie burn


This Abs class concentrates on the muscle region surrounding the abdominal area (abs) and the lower back, to strengthen and tone that all important core in interesting ways.


Legs Bums & Tums - This is a class to hit all of those stubborn areas; thighs, stomach and bums, including exercises that are with and without weights to condition the lower body

Body Tone

This class is much like the famous BodyPump. You will work all the major muscle groups with and without weights to tone and sculpt all areas of your body in one session. High calorie burn, improved endurance and strength.

Circuit Training

A classic high intensity workout.  A series of exercises are set out in a circle, some with weight and some without. Work your way around the circuit to get your heart pumping, shed some fat, and burn a ton of calories.

Sufferfest Virtual Cycling

Virtual Classes ARE BACK!! After a substantial number of our community requested that we re-introduced our Virtual Classes, we are proud to introduce SUFFERFEST! In conjunction with our glorious Wattbike Studio, Sufferfest introduces a series of Virtual Classes that allow you to not only mountainous terrain and Street Racing, but also allows for touring through beautiful Country Roads. Sufferfest caters for everyone! Come along for a Virtual Class and you will not be disappointed!
