We've got a great gym within easy reach of Nottingham city centre, Gamston, West Bridgford and the surrounding areas. And we've got all the exercise classes you'll need to stay fit, healthy and motivated.

As well as classics like yoga, and legs, bums and tums, we also have our new Indoor Cycling Studio, powered by Wattbike offering a whole range of new cycle classes. There's something here for you whatever your fitness level and ability.

 

New Indoor Cycling Studio

NEW Indoor Cycling Studio, powered by Watt Bike, to bring our members a state-of-the-art indoor cycling experience!

The Wattbike can be used by everyone for training, testing and rehabilitation. The dual air and magnetic resistance system can recreate any required resistance with smooth transitions to replicate the feel of a real bike.

And not only that! We’ve also partnering with SUF Cycling, creators of the highly acclaimed video-based indoor cycling programme, to bring you HIIT workouts developed by world-class cycling coaches that will place you into the middle of the world’s greatest races like the Tour de France, as part of our new Cycling Studio.

Studio Exercise Classes

Pilates

Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.

Yoga

The perfect exercise class for people who want to feel good in body and mind. With a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility, you'll feel Zen... with more energy and toned muscles all into the bargain!

Indoor Cycling

Spin those wheels! A workout that builds endurance and strength through high intensity bursts, followed by recovery, then you spin again! Go at your own pace and just enjoy the great group workout atmosphere.

Warrior Assault HIIT Sessions 

20 minute blast focusing on movements and excersises that you will be doing on the Warrior Assault OCR, whilst working at high intensity - building full body strength and cardio!

  

Legs, Bums & Tums

This is a class to hit all of those stubborn areas; thighs, stomach and bums, including exercises that are with and without weights to condition the lower body.

Warrior Assault Cardio

A 45 minute class to help you start getting prepared for the Warrior Assault OCR next June! Focus to improve strength, conditioning and cardiovascular endurance. A full body work out, increasing that cardio output to be able to go longer, stronger and harder.
