Ingredients
- 100g cooked pasta
- 100g cooked chicken breast
- 160 g fat-free Greek yoghurt
- 20g pesto
- 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 50g diced red onion
- 75 g spinach
- Salt & pepper, to taste
Method
Step 1: In a Tupperware box, combine the Greek yogurt, pesto, diced chicken, cherry tomatoes, red onion, spinach, and seasoning if desired.
Step 2: Secure the lid and shake well until everything is evenly coated – then enjoy!
