You will be provided with instructions on entering and exiting the campsite in your booking confirmation email. Bookings can only be made online and in advance.

Is the Campsite Reception and Shop open?

The campsite reception and shop area will remain closed until further notice. Currently, all check-in paperwork and payment will be completed virtually prior to your stay.

The main barrier will be locked at 8pm and will not be reopened again until 8am giving no access or exit to high-sided vehicles outside of these times.

You will be issued with your barrier code and pitch number/location closer to the time and date of your visit.

Are there any changes to what we can do?

Please use personal hand sanitisers and own washing facilities before and after use of the on-site Elson points, water stations and bins. Additionally, these facilities have been identified as frequent touch points and will therefore be part of our increased cleaning regimes and plans.

Are the shower blocks and toilets open?

Over the course of the re-opening, the campsite will gradually open different sections and facilities in line with guidance provided by the government. In the first stage of re-opening, the shower, toilet, and dishwasher facilities will not be available to customers.

We therefore are only allowing customers to stay with us if you have a self-contained unit such as a touring caravan or motorhome. If you have booked and have no self-contained facilities, then please contact us on nwsccampsite@serco.com.

Other health & safety information:

Pitches must be booked in advance via the website. We have increased spacing between pitches to ensure there is a 6-metre distance between each unit/pitch, you must adhere to this spacing. We are not accepting requests to move or change bookings at this time, this includes putting multiple units next to each other.

For major emergencies e.g. fire, life threatening injury or assault, please contact 999. For site-based emergencies (e.g. water leaks) please contact us via email on nwsccampsite@serco.com.
