home of the National Water Sports Centre!

Holme Pierrepont Country Park is set in 270 acres of beautiful parkland, perfect for walks with family or friends, just 10 minutes from Nottingham City Centre.

This site is surrounded by beautiful lakes and has a number of cycle routes, making it ideal for walkers, runners and cyclists, with facilities that make it accessible for all.

Country Park Coffee Shop

Open for sandwiches, toasties, nachos and hot dogs. Also coffee, tea, soft drinks, hot chocolate and cold snacks are available.

Opening Times:
Weekends & School Holidays (January-April): 10:30am - 4:30pm
Weekends & School Holidays (May-September): 10:00am - 5:00pm


If you visit our Country Park regularly, then a car parking membership is the perfect option! Just £60 per car, per year. This membership gives you full access to the country park, within opening hours for as many times and as long as you like.

Terms and Conditions apply:

· Access to Country Park car parks unlimited for 12 months from the purchase date when the car park is open

· This membership applies within car park opening times

· One membership is access for one car only

· Vehicles left at own risk

· No guarantee of space first come first serve basis

· Membership is transferable to another vehicle (twice a year only)


Parking at Holme Pierrepont Country Park

Here at Holme Pierrepont Country Park, we operate an ANPR process, which stands for Automatic Number Plate Recognition, and has been introduced on our site to improve our parking experience for our customers.

What are the opening times?

Monday - Sunday 08:00 - 20:00

How much will it cost? 

There will be no change to our parking costs, only changes are on how you pay and register.

Off-Peak: £3.00 per day (Weekdays)

Peak: £5.00 per day (Weekends & School Holidays)

When do the charges apply?

The charges are a day rate and apply daily between, Monday - Sunday.

There is a 30 minute grace period for deliveries and drop-offs.

A fixed penalty notice will be issued in the post by a third party if no payment is allocated next to a registration number. Information on disputing these will be contained in the notice. This will be the first step that members of the public will need to take if disputing the penalty notice.

Instructions on how to pay are located on the signs around the parking area.

What do I do If I'm a gym or water member?

Gym and water memberships still get parking free, however, you'll need to register your car beforehand, which will be done as part of your sign up process. If you are unsure of how to register your vehicle, please speak to our Gym Team or Water Team on your next visit.
