We run sessions on the Lagoon which are perfect for families. Hire a kayak or stand-up paddleboard and explore our picturesque Lagoon area.

Paddleboarding: £16.00
Launch fee is £6.00 when you bring your own craft for the Lagoon. This does not include the hire of a buoyancy, please bring your own.
Wetsuit hire is available for an additional price.
Key Information
- Kayaking is suitable for anyone aged 8 and over, under 8s can go in a Tandem Kayak when accompanied by an adult (18+)
- All participants must be confident swimmers
- Wear some old clothes and a pair of trainers
Introduction to Kayaking
If you want to give Kayaking a try, why not join us on a 2 hour introduction to Kayaking course on the 28th May 2023?
Our qualified instructors will take you through the basics and have you paddling in no time!
During the course we will cover: setting up a boat, how to choose the correct paddle, how to fit a buoyancy aid, launching a craft, along with forwards and backwards paddling and turning.
By the end of the session you will have gained the British Canoeing Start Award.
Equipment will be provided for you, please ensure you bring: wet shoes / old trainers (that you do not mind getting wet), swimwear for under the wet suit, a change of clothes, shower toiletries and towel.

Minimum age: 8 years old (under 12's must be accompanied by an adult)
