SPORT: Canoe Slalom and White Water Rafting

I retired from the sport of Canoe Slalom at the end of 2010 after competing as part of the Great Britain Team for over a decade.  My best career result was winning a Bronze Medal at the World Championships in Seu D’Urgell in the Spanish Pyrenees in 2009 although my most memorable moment was winning a Silver Medal at the European Championships held at the National Water Sports Centre in front of a home crowd, live on the BBC in 2009.

I now compete as part of the Great Britain Rafting and am currently training for the Rafting World Championships which will be held in Costa Rica in October.
