The National Water Sports Centre is the perfect escape for your next weekend away.
Situated just three miles from Nottingham City centre, there is a world of activities and experiences just waiting to be explored. With activities ranging from White Water Rafting to Water Skiing and Assault Course to Archery as well as numerous others, a 67 bed hotel and 18 acre campsite it has never been easier to make a few days of your visit.
When you book your weekend away with the National Water Sports Centre you do so with complete flexibility. The kids can go Water Skiing on our fantastic overhead cableway while parents can take on the challenge of White Water Rafting, or you can all stay together and squeeze in as many activities as possible.
If courses are more your thing, then we also have a wide and diverse range of Internationally recognised courses in Canoeing, Kayaking, Powerboating and Sailing, which run throughout the year and are suitable for most ages.
We have an on-site Restaurant and Bar, so you can get all food and refreshments on-site, unless you want to venture just 3 miles up the road to the vibrant Nottingham City Centre, which boasts some of the best shopping and dining in the country.

I have my own equipment, can i bring it down and use it at the Water Sports Centre
As long as your equipment meets safety standards there is no problem with bringing your own kit along.

I have never done any water activities before. Does that matter?
No. The National Water Sports Centre prides itself on providing activities and facilities to suit all standards.

I have a child under 8. Will they be able to take part in any activities?
Certain Pay and Play activities can accommodate individuals under 8 years old. This is dependant on supervision and correctly fitted equipment. Please call ahead to enquire.
