Pilates is a form of exercise that focuses on balance, posture, strength and flexibility. It's suitable for people of all ages and fitness levels.


The perfect exercise class for people who want to feel good in body and mind. With a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility, you'll feel Zen... with more energy and toned muscles all into the bargain!

Indoor Cycling

Spin those wheels! A workout that builds endurance and strength through high intensity bursts, followed by recovery, then you spin again! Go at your own pace and just enjoy the great group workout atmosphere.


BoxFit is for anyone of any age and all levels of fitness.  BoxFit teaches you the fundamentals of boxing in a great fun workout.  This is real boxing combined with real fitness.


Are you looking for quick results? These high intensity workouts will help you build cardio fitness, while improving strength, building lean muscle and maximising calorie burn.


This abs class concentrates on the muscle region surrounding the abdominal area and the lower back, to strengthen and tone that all important core.

Legs, Bums & Tums

This is a class to hit all of those stubborn areas; thighs, stomach and bums, including exercises that are with and without weights to condition the lower body.





LES MILLS™ Virtual Exercise Classes

We've launched our brand new LES MILLS™ Virtual classes in our workout studio. This means even more classes added to our workout class timetable for you to make the most of on our Gym and Class Membership. LES MILLS™ Virtual classes are played on the big screen through a pumping sound system. The end result is a truly inspiring experience that gives you amazing results. Choose from the following range of strength, flexibility and cardio workouts:


BODYPUMP™ will give you a full body workout using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions.



BODYCOMBAT™ is a martial arts inspired workout that will get you fighting fit.



BODYBALANCE™ is a Yoga, Tai chi, Pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centred and calm.



CXWORX™ is the 30 minute workout that will strengthen and tone your abs, glutes, back and obliques.



SH'BAM™ is your fun loving, insanely addictive, dance workout. With no experience needed, this 30 and 45 minute workout features chart topping hits and seriously hot dance moves.
