Team building isn’t just a fun jolly away from the office. It’s used to enhance leadership skills, co-operation and morale – all of which can boost productivity in the workplace.

At NWSC we’re uniquely placed to offer you a variety of high-end activities that can incorporate adventure on land or water. Whether you choose team building exercises in our magnificent green spaces, on moving water or a mix of both, we’ll help your team to enjoy a day that’s both memorable and unique.

We have 30 years’ experience in organising team building from water sports to land-based, adventure activities. Each one is carefully geared towards the goals of your group. One size does not fit all, so our event planners will work with you to personally tailor a team building activity to benefit your particular group. Activities will be based on the size of your group and your objectives to help you get the most from the experience and achieve results.

Our fully facilitated centre offers 5 conference rooms, accommodation, catering and a bar so, after a day of high-energy you can unwind, re-cap or simply relax with colleagues.
