With a 3 Court Sports Hall and a fully equipped gym, there is nowhere better to train and socialise than the National Water Sports Centre.
Located within the Main Centre building with fantastic views over the lake and country park the gym is open daily from 7am till 10pm.
Whether your a regular gym user or its your first time, expert instructors are on hand to show you how to use the wide range of facilities including cardio, resistance machines and free weights. With a range of membership options available from one-off visits to monthly roll-over membership (with no contracts) its never been easier to get in shape.
Full membership includes induction, fitness assessment and training programmes whilst training sessions are available at an extra cost.
Used as an indoor training facility by numerous British Olympic hopefuls the three-court Sports Hall located next to the Main Building is fully equipped for 5-a-side football, Badminton, Volleyball and Basketball. The perfect base for your 5-a-side team or a family game of Badminton the Sports Hall is open 7 days a week from 7am until 10pm.
